At the Cycling Pigeon you can start your day early with the 6:15am ride classes. Feel the way a heavy hitting, indoor cycling class adds bold energy to your work day. We delve into the body and craft long steep roads, fast smooth surfaces and groove based jogs on the bike. Tone your will and your abs will follow.

Enjoy Your Body

The best challenge you can take on is consistency. Never miss a Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:15am ride classes and see your body change. We sculpt and define arms, legs and core while we ride. We push you to your limits to expose and remind you of the strength that you are.

Calm and Fierce Up

Weave daily meditation into your life by joining a yoga session. The practice will give you the regular opportunity to meditate, ground your energy in warrior poses, get flexible and play with jumps and inversions.

Energize Your Evening

Take time out to leave the daily stress behind. Body care is acknowledging the work you do and investing in the machine, your body. By stimulating and cleansing the organs with vigorous sweat and harnessing the mind with breath and postures you can maintain beautiful physical and mental health. Take the 6:15pm ride classes and 7:30pm yoga. Come on Wednesday nights for a double session of ride and yoga, or just come for either one.
